Delete your SalonBook account

How to ask

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my SalonBook account" and the mobile number you sign in with.
• We confirm the request with a code sent to that mobile number, so nobody else can delete your account.
• Cancel any paid subscription first in the app (Settings → Plans and billing), so you are not charged again.

What is deleted

• Your account, salon profile and logo.
• All customers, services, staff, bookings, bills, payments, ledger entries, reminder rules and reminder history.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation. Backups that contain the data are overwritten within a further 30 days.

What we keep

Records of payments you made to SalonBook (invoices and payment references) are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, usually 8 years, and are used for nothing else.
